Holistic Health
The role of a Holistic Health Coach involves working with clients to create personalized wellness plans that address multiple dimensions of health, including physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. She focuses on empowering clients to take an active role in their health journey and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Relationships~
Michelle has decades of experience in working with women to better their mental and physical health as well as realigning the mind, body, and soul. She helps women feel their best through healthy food choices and lifestyle changes that meet their individual needs and goals.
During our time together we will unfold your health and wellness and discover how we can make great improvements to both! We will work on connecting your mind, body, and soul in order to shine your light brighter.
* Four 1 hour weekly sessions per month.

Self Love/Self Care~
We, as women, tend to put everyone's needs before our own. Michelle helps you learn to find yourself again, make you a priority, and to take control of your life.
During our session, we talk about and work on all of the ways we can get back to taking better care of you! Put your crown on first Ladies!

Spirituality and Faith~
We must have hope before we have faith. In times of uncertainty, we could all use a little more hope and faith.
In this virtual session, we dive deep into where you are on your spiritual journey. This is the place to learn, grow, and strengthen your spirituality and faith.

Professionals~
With a career background in teaching, finance, real estate, advertising, and sales Michelle works with women who are starting their careers and women who are already on the path to their professional careers. She teaches them to learn, grow, and level up on their journey to success.
